Job Overview PDF Seal is seeking a Press Assistant to contribute to the success of our production of foil lids at our facility in Hauppauge, NY. Responsibilities Maintain the mounting and ink area in a clean and organized manner Mix ink to required specifications Mount and de‑mount plates Move materials and supplies within the facility to support production Set up jobs according to order specifications Assist with press clean‑up Maintain the ink shelf Adhere to company GMPs and perform work safely Perform jobs according to written company standard operating procedures Other duties as assigned by manager Requirements High School diploma preferred 1‑2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Excellent attendance and punctuality Good communication skills to follow instructions, preferably in English Able to work independently and with a team Flexible and organized Good interpersonal skills to interact successfully with team members Flexible and dedicated to completing tasks Qualifications Team Player: Works well as a member of a group Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity Self‑Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help Goal‑Completion: Inspired to perform well by the completion of tasks Flexibility: Inspired to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goals Education & Experience High School or better (preferred) 1 year manufacturing experience (preferred) Compensation Base Salary Range: $25.00/hr – $30.00/hr.
