Our organization is in search of a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician who specializes in both inpatient and outpatient care. This role involves leading our Family Medicine inpatient team and managing the inpatient services.

Position Highlights:

• Provide clinical leadership for Family Medicine inpatients.
• Collaborate with the Program Director to ensure compliance with ACGME standards for our inpatient training.
• Act as the primary contact for the hospitalist division.
• Work alongside residency leadership, OB faculty, and clinical teams to enhance processes and promote performance improvement.
• Embody the mission, vision, and values of our organization in all care and educational activities.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with an unrestricted medical license in Ohio.
• Board certification in Family Medicine.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience post-residency.
• Proficient in POCUS, inpatient clinic care, and teaching residents and medical students.
• Ability to fulfill our organization’s credentialing and privileging criteria.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor residents.
• Promote excellence in clinical care and education.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and support innovative care models.
