Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to individuals and families at every stage of life, from children to seniors.
• Address chronic health issues, preventive care needs, acute conditions, and mental health matters with a patient-centered focus.
• Perform physical examinations, interpret diagnostic results, and craft personalized treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and other practitioners to ensure holistic patient support.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives designed to enhance patient care and operational effectiveness.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for accurate, up-to-date patient documentation.
• Provide care based on patient preference, including both in-person and virtual appointments.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
• Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine accredited by the relevant authorities.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or possession of) an active medical license in Ohio.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
