1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants Akkodis is seeking a Contract Specialist for a 12+ Contract position with a client located in Phoenix, AZ Pay Range: $28/hr - $29/hr ( The rate may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. ) Position Responsibilities Responsible for the development and execution of contracts and other associated documents, ensuring deliverables are legally sufficient and meet company standards and customer expectations. Understand customers’ and business partners’ needs, interests, and concerns, while connecting deal points and expediting deliverables through expertise in template development, contract knowledge, and ability to deliver innovative solutions. Essential Job Functions Take a cross-functional, shared responsibility approach in a centralized organization with contract development and execution teams located in various offices across the nation. Prepare standard form contract agreements and related documentation in accordance with prescribed templates, guidelines, and established contract policies and procedures. Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate terms, conditions, laws, regulations, corporate policies and business procedures. Partner with internal or external business teams communicating standard processes and provide innovative solutions relative to contract development and execution. Forecast and manage deliverable timelines, including resolving issues to ensure deliverable targets are achieved. Balance the achievement of production and quality assurance goals with delivering excellent customer service throughout all activities and interactions with internal and external partners. Education/Certifications High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s Degree preferred Minimum of three (3) years of experience in real estate, contract administration, customer service/sales, and/or business Experience in real estate contract terms, conditions, and language related to the cellular industry Contract law and interpretation Ability to work with document templates and Project/time Management skills If you are interested in this Contract Specialist job inPhoenix, AZ, then please click APPLY NOW.
