Seven Mountains Media is a full service media company that provides Radio, Digital, Video, Print and Audio Marketing solutions to our clientele.Responsibilities:Greet and assist clients, prize winners and staffMaintain prize winner spreadsheets/formsAnswer multi-line business phone/transfer calls to appropriate partiesProvide support to our Business and Sales DepartmentAssist with deposits and collectionsServe as a backup to traffic, business, and promotions departmentsSort incoming/outgoing mail on a daily basisThe ideal candidate should have:Great phone and communication skillsComputer skills with knowledge of G-SuiteWillingness to learn new programsAbility to plan and organize, set priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivatedComfort in interacting with new/unfamiliar peopleGreat benefits, 401K, paid holidays and weekends off!
