Find out more by visiting .Position SummaryThis role brings with it an exciting opportunity to help our clients with strategic sales growth. This role is responsible for supporting the direct clients by acting as a product knowledge resource from PrismHR and demoing for Small to Medium Businesses (SMBs) to enable their additional growth, as well as assisting our Customer Growth and Success teams by presenting PrismHR products. The primary goal will be to bridge the gap between PrismHR’s full suite of products and our clients’ prospect’s needs. As a highly respected internal and external resource, this position is expected to assist with maintaining demonstration environments and providing proof points to ensure our clients can foster greater relationships with prospective and current SMB clients. Additionally, this position will assist with the creation of content to be consumed by our end clients which includes building usable demo content and ensuring its ongoing relevance. Working within the PrismHR culture also means consistent collaboration internally including updating/maintaining demo talk tracks for various product lines and working with Senior Sales Engineers to learn newly added PrismHR and PrismHR reseller products to be used in demos.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead demonstrations of PrismHR products to SMB prospectsLead demonstrations of PrismHR products for Customer Growth/Success ManagersPartner with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams to improve processes and provide valuable supportAssist in creation/maintenance of demo scripts, outlines for new products, and demonstration scenarios in sandbox environmentsStay up to date on market conditions to disseminate to internal stakeholdersMaintain a working knowledge of the industry and competitors in order to act as a valuable resource to the customer and sales teamAssist with RFP’s or other customer documents to develop and prepare an effective response or proposalBuild and maintain meaningful demo content to be consumed by our clients, their clients, and internal stakeholdersMust be a compelling, passionate, and confident public speaker with communication skills of the highest caliberDeliver product presentations both remote and onsiteDeliver comprehensive and customized product demonstrations focused on functional capabilities in business terms that are easily understood by the customerDemonstrate the products with a focus on the value to the prospectMarginal FunctionsBuild, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients.Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company and department.Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesUnderstand at a base level a sales process & strategiesDemonstrate ability to develop, build and maintain strong relationships with sales team, partners, vendors, and customersAbility to analyze complex problems or situations and develop effective solutionsDemo2Win or similar certification is preferredUnderstanding of the PrismHR platform and our target industries including PEO/ASO/HCM, Payroll Service Bureaus, and/or Staffing organizations is preferredPrior system implementation, especially of PrismHR products or competitor products is highly valuedEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree or additional degree(s) preferred1+ years of technical solution presentations preferable1+ years of HCM experience including benefits, payroll, recruitment or time and attendance software is required.Physical, Mental, & Communication DemandsPhysical Demands:Sedentary Work: Primarily involves sitting for extended periods, often at a desk or computer.Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.Mobility: Occasional walking or traversing throughout the office to meet with leaders and other employees.Visual Acuity: Ability to read and analyze data on a computer screen (or to read and analyze data with reasonable accommodation) and in printed materials.Lifting & Carrying: Minimal physical lifting required, but may involve handling documents, and lifting light office supplies.Mental Demands:Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy needed for managing client accounts.Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues related to client escalations or complaints.Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.Decision-Making: Make informed decisions regarding when it is appropriate to escalate client concerns or issues.Stress Management: Handle stressful situations calmly and effectively, especially when dealing with client concernsCommunication Demands:Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees, managers, clients and external vendors.Cultural Sensitivity: Communicate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity.Written Communication: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including emails and notes.Verbal Communication: Conduct presentations and employee training sessions; provide clear instructions and support to clients, employees and managers.Presentation Skills: Present information effectively in training sessions with clients and other employees.Environmental ConditionsIn office on site 5 days a week during normal working hours at Vensure office location.DisclaimerThis job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee filling this position.
