Assistant Nurse Manager

The Assistant Nurse Manager's duties and responsibilities are assisting the Nursing Director in building and maintaining a high reliable culture of safety. He/she helps their manager by overseeing the daily operations of their units to ensure the department runs smoothly and effectively.

Requirements

Masters Degree preferred, B.S.N. or proof of academic achievement toward B.S.N. degree. Current licensure with the State of Rhode Island as a registered nurse. Ability to lift approximately fifty pounds.
