Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in technical/business field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of quality control/inspection experience in aerospace or precision industries
• Experience with GD&T and precision measuring tools
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Technical aptitude (previous experience with machine tools is a plus)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Team-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision

A Day in the Life of a Quality Manager:

In this full-time role, you lead the charge on quality-overseeing inspection activities from incoming materials through final production, guiding your team to uphold the highest standards of precision and accuracy. Your day blends hands-on inspection using advanced measuring tools with strategic oversight, as you interpret technical drawings, ensure compliance with ISO and AS standards, and drive process improvements.
