Strategic Coaching & Agent Enablement Lead

Simulacrum

Simulacrum is looking for a seasoned customer success professional to coach users through Layer 1 and Layer 2 agent setups, guiding them from initial configuration to visible results. You will own the free-to-paid process, turning engaged users into paid simulations and driving expansion into a second expertise zone.

As a fast learner of a technical product, you will configure customer CRM systems, run first simulations, and provide coaching insights to Growth and Product teams.
