This role owns front-line execution, people development and continuous improvement on the floor.Key Responsibilities:Supervises a production area or shift, delivering daily output, quality, safety and cost targetsLeads, coaches and develops team leaders and hourly production associatesOwns staffing, scheduling, attendance, training and performance management for the areaRuns daily tiered management (SQDC boards), escalations and rapid problem-solvingEnforces standard work, 5S, layered process audits and safety requirements (OSHA, LOTO)Drives continuous-improvement and kaizen activities with the teamPartners with Materials, Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to resolve line issuesManages labor efficiency, scrap and adherence-to-plan for the areaWork rotating shifts, weekends and overtime based on production needsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree3+ years of manufacturing experience, including supervising hourly production teams3+ years Lean Manufacturing, standard work, 5S and daily managementPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business or a related fieldExperience leading 40+ hourly team membersLean / Six Sigma certification (Green Belt)Experience in assembly, sub-assembly or high-volume manufacturingStrong people-leadership skills, including coaching, performance and conflict managementExperience with structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis on the floorProven ability to deliver daily production targets across safety, quality, delivery and costPay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
