Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license in the state of Washington as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of related clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and other relevant software applications.
