Customer Service Representative

We're sniffing out our next Customer Service Representative at Ashcroft Pet Resort Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative will manage front‑desk operations, provide exceptional service to pet parents and their pets, and support administrative tasks within the resort. Pay & Benefits: Telehealth, 401k, and pet insurance. Pay starts at $16.00/hour DOE + tips . Reporting To: General Manager What You Should Know Will be on your feet often – standing, walking, climbing stairs, handling leashes. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Availability required on evenings, weekends, and holidays. Exposure to cleaning supplies, pet hair, and accidents is part of the job. What You’ll Be Doing Welcome pet parents and their pets in a friendly, 5‑star resort style. Answer phones with a polite tone and multitask efficiently. Show facility to new clients and promote services. Ensure up‑to‑date vaccinations are on file. Manage check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently and warmly. Handle cash, cards, and balance end‑of‑day drawer accurately. Respond to complaints with patience and professionalism. Escort guests to and from enclosures with care. Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby. Assist other team members as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Bring to the Table People‑person and pet‑person with a friendly demeanor. Previous customer service or retail experience. Strong communication skills across phone, in‑person, and email. Comfortable with multi‑line phones and computer systems. Calm under pressure and maintains professionalism. Problem‑solving ability that is quick and effective. High school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
