Head of Social Media Growth and Revenue – NeuroEnergy 365
Remote · Contract to start, immediate opportunity to grow· Reports directly to founder

A neuropsychologist — published scientist, Harvard Business Review author — built an international platform on the neuroscience of emotional power, growing a large, highly engaged audience organically in about a year. The flagship program, NeuroEnergy 365, is doing very well with no strategy, no ads, no funnel. The work is genuinely changing people's lives — the testimonials pouring in (including spontaneous celebrity endorsements) are extraordinary.

She is seeking one person who owns the online marketing and sales layer — someone who wants their work to mean something, not just move numbers.

You’ll own five things

1. The full funnel: content → email capture → nurture → conversion. It doesn't exist yet. You build it.
2. Social media as a sales channel: optimizing hooks, watch time, captions, CTAs, etc.
3. Email marketing: building and running the campaigns and sequences that nurture the audience and drive enrollment.
4. The data: what drives follows vs. what drives sales.
5. Deploying the testimonials (which are extraordinary — including spontaneous celebrity endorsements) across every channel.

You’re right for this if

1. Demonstrated, relevant online sales expertise — real proof you've turned a creator or personal-brand audience into meaningful revenue. Not agency theory, not B2B.
2. Clear track record of ownership in this domain. Not just good ideas — the proof that says you haven't just theorized about what could work; you've done it.
3. Genuine command of social media as a sales channel — you can look at a piece of content and explain exactly why it will or won't convert: the hook, the first three seconds, the drop-off, the CTA — and then efficiently deliver the fix.
4. Email marketing fluency — you've built campaigns and automated sequences that actually convert, and you can show the results.
5. Ability to evaluate what's been done — and do it better. Vague strategy is a no.
6. Temperament is warm, direct, and grace under pressure — this is mission-driven work, and the relationship with audience is sacred.

You enjoy real-time, high-responsiveness collaboration in a fast-moving environment, while being highly self-starting.

Bonus, not required : GoHighLevel or similar CRM, online course platforms, ManyChat, paid ads.

Compensation

• Hourly to start or W2. For the right fit, you will be accommodated. Pay commensurate with experience, with strong performance-based upside. This is a long-term seat, and the structure will reward what you deliver.
