OB/GYN Physician | 4-Day Work Week | 50K Sign-On Bonus | One Hour North of NYC

This opportunity provides the ability to focus on patient care with strong clinical support, manageable volume, and a schedule designed for long-term physician sustainability.

Practice Overview

• Join a collaborative OB/GYN team serving a culturally diverse patient population
• Four-day work week with flexible clinic scheduling
• Schedule includes two office days, one dedicated GYN day, and one 24-hour hospital call shift weekly
• Three dedicated support staff per physician plus dedicated scribes
• Access to a strong sonography program and 24/7 Maternal-Fetal Medicine support

Work-Life Balance

• Post-call day off built into the weekly schedule
• Manageable delivery and surgical volume
• Dedicated RN support for high-risk patients
• Two nurses manage patient phone calls, allowing physicians to focus on clinical care
