More can be found out about us at Richelieu.com.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer phone calls from customers placing orders as well as provide sales quotesWork closely alongside outside sales representatives with customer orders and quotesAssist walk-in customers in the showroom with questions and order placementSolicit new or complimentary sales for customers via phone as well as face-to-face in the showroomResearch product solutions for customers to solve field-project issuesHours of operation are Monday to Friday dayshift.What We Are Looking ForRelated experience in a similar positionKnowledge of Cabinetry, Kitchen & Bath or similar Building MaterialsDeveloped customer service, problem-solving, and project management skillsTeam-oriented, shows initiativeStrong sense of drive and creativityAS400 experience preferred but not mandatoryHigh School graduate, some college courses preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasksCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive market-based hourly pay rate of $23-25 per hourGroup insurance program (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.)Employee Stock Purchase Plan with employer matching401(K) with employer matchingPaid vacation and holidaysWe are an equal opportunity employer.
