RHY Community Case Manager - Trauma-Informed Housing

Youth & Opportunity United in Evanston is seeking a Community Case Manager to support runaway and homeless youth programs. This full-time role involves providing services to youth ages 11–22, facilitating community partnerships, and ensuring supportive case management and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has an Associate's Degree in social services, at least three years of relevant experience, and strong project management and communication skills.
