We’re looking for a competitive, passionate, and goal-oriented Construction Sales Manager to join our fast-growing company. In this role, you’ll be tasked with quickly and aggressively building a sales pipeline and developing a high-performance team. You must be comfortable working as both a team player and a coach and possess the skills to produce sales as well as train and motivate a dynamic team towards success. Job Responsibilities Recruit, Hire, and Train new Insurance and Retail Sales Reps. Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities within an assigned territory. Establish and strategically build a solid customer base. Recruit, train, and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals. Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members. Assist in collection of payments. Track Sales Reps and report goals, and progress. Report weekly to CEO and Management Team on sales production. Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals. Lead by example, using the established sales processes, and close a high percentage of the leads that you and your team generate. Quality Control- Assist with client communication and address concerns. Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework. Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions. Run appointments, inspections, and makes follow up calls. Assist with procuring sub-contractors. Handle client issues as they arise. Achieve Weekly sales quota of new contracts. Job Skills & Qualifications 5 + years of sales experience in roofing industry and knowledge of construction and/or building materials 4 + years of team management experience Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships.
