Since 1998, PUI has acquired, developed, and managed more than $12 billion of apartment investments.**Role Overview**PUI is hiring an Associate, Portfolio Strategy to join its Portfolio Management team in Los Angeles, working alongside senior investment leaders on a national multifamily portfolio valued at more than $8 billion.**Key Responsibilities**- Evaluate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and recapitalizations- Support portfolio construction, capital allocation, and strategic investment decisions- Analyze hold/sell recommendations and strategic alternatives- Participate in quarterly portfolio reviews and annual business planning- Prepare investment recommendations and analyses for senior leadership- Build and maintain financial models across the investment lifecycle**Location**On-site, 5 days/week, West Los Angeles office.Apply for this Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
