Territory Sales Professional - Northern Florida

Swannies Golf Apparel is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Territory Sales Professional to grow our presence throughout Northern Florida and Coastal Georgia. This is a fully remote position, working from your home office and requires up to 75% travel This is a field sales role for someone who loves the golf industry, enjoys being in front of customers, and gets energized by building a territory. You'll manage and grow existing Swannies accounts while aggressively pursuing new opportunities with golf courses, pro shops, independent retailers, events, and other potential partners throughout the region. We're a fast-growing company, which means we're looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, moving quickly, adapting as the brand evolves, and getting things done without being micromanaged. What You'll Do As our Territory Sales Professional, you'll be responsible for the overall growth and development of the Northern Florida and Coastal Georgia territory, including: Manage and grow existing green grass and independent retail accounts throughout the territory Prospect for and open new accounts in a market with significant growth opportunity Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers, golf professionals, retailers, and other partners Schedule and conduct prebook line reviews, primarily in person Make routine account visits to identify at-once sales opportunities and support product sell-through Use sell-through and margin information to identify opportunities and help accounts maximize performance Prospect for and execute event sales opportunities Balance servicing existing customers with consistent new-business development Enter and manage orders and complete the administrative responsibilities associated with the territory Deliver a high level of service consistent with the Swannies brand Communicate proactively and on time with customers and the Swannies internal team Travel regularly throughout the territory to build relationships and drive sales What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is a creative communicator and tenacious salesperson who knows how to build a pipeline, develop relationships, and close business. You'll thrive in this position if you: Are highly self-motivated and comfortable managing your own territory Have a strong new-business mentality and enjoy prospecting Know how to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline Can successfully balance account management with new account development Are comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving company Take initiative and don't need to be micromanaged Understand the importance of face-to-face relationship building Are comfortable spending significant time traveling throughout your territory Communicate professionally and proactively with customers and internal partners Are excited about helping grow an emerging golf and lifestyle brand Golf Industry Experience Is a Big Plus We'd especially like to talk with candidates who have: Previous golf industry sales experience Existing relationships within the Florida and/or Georgia golf markets Experience selling to golf courses, pro shops, green grass accounts, or independent retailers An understanding of golf industry buying cycles and prebook timelines Previous experience working within the golf industry Familiarity with the Swannies brand and brand voice Preferred Experience: 2+ years of outside sales experience 2+ years of golf industry experience Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Territory & Travel This is a field-based sales position , not a traditional work-from-home sales role. Candidates must reside within the territory or be willing to relocate. The Greater Orlando area is preferred due to its accessibility to the overall territory. Approximately 75% travel within the territory should be expected. Most work will take place Monday through Friday, although occasional weekend travel or events may be required. The position offers flexibility in managing your schedule based on customer needs, travel, and territory priorities.
