Job Description
The Bartender plays a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by preparing and serving drinks efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This position requires maintaining cleanliness, managing stock, and ensuring compliance with regulations to deliver a safe and enjoyable experience to patrons.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Take and process drink orders promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Replenish stock and supplies as needed
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in bartending
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Effective communication abilities
