Beach Park Dishwasher

Beach Park dishwashers ensure that restaurant tables are empty and ready to receive patrons.

Duties:

• Must be willing to accept the most effective role, as determined by management.
• Makes guest service and guest satisfaction a priority in every aspect of the job.
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.
• Load and unload dishwasher.
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand.
• Sort, stack and store clean dishes in proper areas.
• Sweep up trash around the back of house.
• Remove trash to dumpster.
• Mops any spills to ensure that kitchen floors remain dry.
• Must maintain a clean, organized work area and complete end-of-shift cleaning duties.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handlers Certificate.

Physical Requirements:

• Walking to and from your entire assigned area and stairs when necessary.
• Standing for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to withstand direct and indirect exposure to sun and heat for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must frequently use arms, hands and fingers to reach and handle tools and controls.
