Shop Laborer

Job Description Hiring for Shop Laborers within the local Montgomery County area! Pay: $18.64-19.74 (Based on experience/department) Shift: 6am-430pm (Mon-Fri daytime) Will get a lot of OT hours! Responsibilities Assist with general shop tasks such as painting, sanding, machine operation Gather materials to complete specified projects Learn to operate an overhead crane to move materials to the drill line table. Align materials on equipment to ensure proper cutting. Load programs into machinery and operate equipment to cut steel to specification Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Essential Skills Ability to lift and maneuver up to 75 lbs regularly. Mechanical aptitude. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with hand tools and power tools. Understanding of blueprints and general labor experience. Willingness to learn and maintain a steady work pace. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Souderton, PA.
