Water Resources Engineer Stormwater & Coastal Resilience Focus

We are actively looking for a Water Resources / Stormwater Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our Oakland or Walnut Creek office. As the successful new hire, you will work across project scales and timelines — from federal flood risk management projects to municipal stormwater master plans to resilience plans — collaborating closely with Moffatt & Nichol’s coastal engineering experts as well as Waggonner & Ball, a Moffatt & Nichol studio, on regional resilience strategies and nature-based approaches that go beyond traditional H&H (hydrology and hydraulic) modeling. Light regional travel will be required.Base Salary Range: $110,000 to $160,000 annually based on years of experience, level of education obtained, professional registration, and meeting the required qualifications in the job description. Base salary range only applicable for candidates who will be hired and working in the California market.
