Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following facility policies and state regulations
- Conduct resident assessments, monitor vital signs, and identify changes that require intervention
- Document care and communication notes accurately in the electronic health record
- Provide direct nursing care during the night shift, including activities of daily living support and safety monitoring
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update and implement resident care plans
- Report concerns to supervising clinicians promptly and respond to emergency situations as needed

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
- Ability to work night shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) in a skilled nursing setting
- Prior long-term care experience preferred
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or as required by policy
- Eligible to work in the United States and able to perform a local assignment in Keene, NH
