Job Title- Manager, Sourcing Portfolio
We are seeking an experienced Sourcing & Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives, category strategies, supplier performance, and contract negotiations for a large-scale power generation organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic sourcing and category management across multiple spend categories.
Develop sourcing strategies focused on cost savings, TCO, supplier optimization, and operational reliability .
Lead complex RFPs, negotiations, spend analysis, benchmarking, and contract execution .
Manage supplier relationships, performance, SLAs, and supply chain risk .
Partner with business leaders and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives .
Oversee contract governance and approve $500K–$10M contracts/POs .
Lead and develop a team of Category Leaders .
Must-Have Skills
8+ years of sourcing, procurement, or related experience.
Strong strategic sourcing, category management, negotiation, and spend management experience.
Proven people leadership and cross-functional leadership skills.
Strong supplier relationship and contract management experience.
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience .
Preferred
Utility/Energy industry experience
SAP/SRM
CPSM, Six Sigma, or similar certification
MBA or advanced degree
Project management experience
