Job Description We're expanding and looking for a high-level Elite Producer- Insurance Closing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, lead-driven environment. We have offices in Plainview, NY and Irmo, SC. In‑office and remote opportunities are available for the right candidate. What Makes This Role Different From Typical Insurance Gigs We provide inbound lead flow: no begging friends and family, no building your book from scratch. We deliver inbound opportunities you close. Live transfers and fresh data leads daily. We use Ricochet CRM and an automated marketing system to keep your pipeline full. Large marketing budget = constant opportunities to close. We're Looking For Someone Who Excels on the phone. Keen at handling live transfers. Understands lead velocity and follow‑up. Wants to earn top‑tier uncapped commission. Responsibilities Handle live transfer inbound calls and quote new business. Work real‑time internet/data leads (no lists, no cold spam). Use Ricochet CRM to track and manage lead flow. Follow a proven sales process. Close business and get paid simply. Requirements Experience working leads. Track record of being a top performer. Have a P&C License or Personal Lines License.
