Associate Attorney - First Party Property DefenseKelley Kronenberg, a premier national law firm, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our First-Party Property Defense team based out of Jacksonville, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with a passion for litigation who is eager to build a career in insurance defense, particularly in first-party property claims. This position is open to candidates located in our Jacksonville or Tallahassee offices.As an Associate Attorney, you will manage a caseload of first-party property defense matters, working closely with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies, conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
