Speech Language Pathologist

Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.

Standard qualifications:

• Required Bachelor's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
• Preferred Master's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
• Preferred Doctorate Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
• 2 years of relevant experience of related experience required
• LIC-Speech Language Pathologist - State of Michigan State of Michigan upon hire required
• LIC-Speech Language Pathologist Education Limited Temporary - State of Michigan required during CFY upon hire
• CRT-Speech Language Pathologist - ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines upon hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 days required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 days required
