ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a physician recruiter and later as an Office Manager for a logistics company. I'm originally from Louisiana, graduated from the University of Louisiana Monroe with a degree in Speech Pathology, and come from a big family with seven siblings. Those experiences have shaped my passion for building relationships and serving others.

Giving back is an important part of our agency. I serve on the Black Chamber Board, participate in St. Jude fundraisers, and organize annual community events like food and coat drives. We believe in making a positive impact both inside and outside the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Shon Henry - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
