Sr. Scientist, Radiopharmaceuticals

Bristol Myers Squibb's RayzeBio subsidiary seeks a senior scientist to advance radiopharmaceutical development from preclinical stages through commercialization. The role spans preclinical experimentation, chemistry manufacturing and controls optimization, technology transfer, and regulatory documentation to support FDA submissions.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute preclinical experiments for radiopharmaceutical development
• Drive CMC process development, formulation optimization, and regulatory-compliant manufacturing
• Lead technology transfer from preclinical to clinical manufacturing stages
• Author technical reports and CMC sections for IND/NDA FDA submissions
• Mentor junior scientists and manage cross-functional collaborations with regulatory and supply chain teams

Requirements

• Ph.D., M.S., or B.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
• 5+ years drug development, manufacturing, or CMC experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA/EMA regulations, and ICH guidelines
• Excellent technical writing and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Project management ability and problem-solving in fast-paced environments
• Experience with radiopharmaceuticals preferred

Compensation: $107,904 - $130,754
