$160-179K/year base plus bonus ($235K-$240K+ Target Cash)

Tier4 Group is conducting a search for a Vice President of Investment Platforms & Strategic Programs for a rapidly growing wealth management and broker-dealer organization.

We are seeking a strategic business leader with deep broker-dealer, wealth management, or investment services experience who can evaluate complex business challenges, develop solutions, build consensus across stakeholders, and lead enterprise-wide initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, profitability, and advisor/client experience.

The ideal candidate combines investment industry expertise, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and large-scale program leadership.

What You'll Do

Lead Enterprise Strategic Initiatives

• Evaluate and prioritize strategic business initiatives across investment products, platforms, operations, and advisor experience.
• Lead complex cross-functional programs from concept through implementation.
• Define business problems, identify solution options, and recommend the best path forward.
• Drive initiatives involving regulatory change, platform modernization, process optimization, and business transformation.

Act as a Strategic Advisor

• Partner with executive leadership to assess opportunities, risks, and investment priorities.
• Develop business cases and financial analyses supporting project and investment decisions.
• Balance stakeholder needs across Operations, Compliance, Technology, Product, Marketing, and Field Leadership.
• Provide data-driven recommendations that improve profitability and operational effectiveness.

Own Portfolio Prioritization

• Evaluate competing business requests and determine priorities based on strategic value, risk, cost, and resource requirements.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic programs and enhancements.
• Establish frameworks for initiative evaluation, governance, and decision-making.

Drive Platform and Business Transformation

• Lead initiatives focused on advisor experience, client onboarding, account servicing, digital transformation, workflow automation, and platform enhancements.
• Partner with technology delivery teams to ensure strategic objectives are translated into executable solutions.
• Support modernization efforts across investment products, tools, and operating platforms.

Vendor & Industry Partnership Management

• Build and manage relationships with custodians, vendors, technology providers, and strategic partners.
• Evaluate industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive practices.
• Bring external market perspective and broker-dealer best practices into strategic decision-making.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience within a broker-dealer, wealth management, investment advisory, asset management, or financial services organization.
• Proven success leading large-scale strategic initiatives that involve multiple business functions and stakeholders.
• Experience developing business cases, financial analyses, and executive recommendations.
• Strong understanding of investment products, platforms, operations, and advisor workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives where the solution is not predefined and requires strategic analysis and stakeholder alignment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with advisory platforms, managed accounts, brokerage operations, annuities, mutual funds, or wealth management products.
• Experience working across Compliance, Operations, Product, Technology, and Distribution teams.
• Prior responsibility for platform strategy, business transformation, strategic planning, program leadership, or enterprise change initiatives.
