Senior Program Management Specialist - Rapid Space Capabilities

Position Senior Construction Program Management Specialist (Level 5) – Rapid Space Capabilities (RSC) Program Management team, Mesa, AZ. 100% onsite. Position Responsibilities Leads field construction oversight on behalf of Boeing and IPT Lead. Produces weekly Construction Management and EVMS briefings and reports for government customer. Facilitates all Boeing relations and coordinates on behalf of the Boeing Team with host garrison staff for future and current construction activities. Integrates constructability into the overall design during 30%/60%/90% design reviews. Conducts, records and maintains all records related to field audits and periodic reports to the government. Basic Qualifications 10+ years of experience leading cross‑functional and/or project teams. 10+ years of experience in large construction projects, facilities management, or large project management. 10+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Gantt charts, MS PowerPoint, status charts, resource load charts). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Additional Requirements Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required). Willing and able to travel up to 25% domestically, including regular travel to Albuquerque. Shift: 1st Shift. Relocation may be offered based on candidate eligibility.
