What Drives Success The primary functions of the position are to monitor, maintain and operate X-Machine equipment. They are also responsible for cleaning and quality-checking their machinery to ensure everything works as it should. Job Duties: Monitoring: Gauges, Indicators, Sensors, Batch Counter, Coil Feeder, Nail Feeder and Quality Control Controlling the operations of Equipment or systems. Convey information to Lead/Supervisor effectively. Determine the reason/s for Machine Stoppage (trouble shooting) Packaging, Labeling and Palletizing finished goods. Must be able to fill out Production sheets in English Must be able to load all Raw Material into Machines Other duties as assigned. What We Are Looking For Additional Requirements: Must be able to read/write. Must be flexible – OT and weekends are required as needed. Must be able to work a 10 hour/day work schedule. Work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to assist in other areas/departments when there is downtime. Physical Requirements Must be in good physical condition. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to push and pull up to 150 lbs. Must have good hand/eye coordination. Must be able to sit, stand, walk and/or bend for long periods of time (Varied based on daily tasks) Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $18.00-$22.00/hour . Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
