Acloché is seeking diligent Quality Sorters to join our team in Delaware. These temp-to-hire positions offer a great opportunity for candidates who thrive in warehouse and manufacturing environments. As a Quality Sorter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards through careful inspection and sorting of materials and products, helping to ensure our production meets customer specifications and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform sorting inspections manually or using inspection equipment as assigned.
• Support the general quality inspection process in a manufacturing environment.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices for a clean workplace.
• Use quality measurement equipment and visually inspect parts for defects.
• Maintain inspection records for sorting activities.
• Read and interpret blueprints for part specifications.
• Identify defective materials or products with assistance if needed.
• Make decisions on acceptability of appearance and performance, seeking help when necessary.
• Determine if deviations from specifications require confirmation with the customer, assisted by QA personnel.
• Perform specialized sorts to ensure conformance to specific specifications.
• Assist with counting and packing of products as required.

Required Qualifications

• Organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to read and interpret internal and customer blueprints/drawings.
• Good communication and instructional skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and measurement techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of customer requirements.
