RN Acute Care Float Pool

Medical City Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Acute Care Float Pool nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care across multiple hospital units. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement patient care, administer medications and IV therapies, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support diverse patient populations. You will float between medical-surgical, telemetry, and step-down units, adapting quickly to changing acuity and workflows. The ideal candidate is a confident acute care RN with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety, quality outcomes, and teamwork in a fast-paced hospital environment.
