If you have a keen eye for quality, the ability to operate complex production equipment, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient work environment, we want to hear from you!Why CoorsTek? | Benefits & IncentivesAdditional $2.50/hour shift differential for swing and graveyard shifts401(k) with 100% company match up to 6% (no vesting period)Health insurance starting in less than 30 days6 weeks paid parental leave2 weeks PTO in year 1, 3 weeks in year 2, increasing with tenure10 paid holidays annuallyAnnual bonus program and regular merit increases$300 annual wellness stipendTemperature-controlled machining environmentAll tools provided by CoorsTekMental health support and Marketplace ChaplainsFamily Assistance Program for financial hardshipsOngoing training and employee developmentStrong culture of internal promotion and advancementRoles & Responsibilities:Operate multiple, complex production equipment and/or a variety of production tools to manufacture parts in compliance with work order instructions.Make necessary machine adjustments and promptly contact the appropriate personnel when needed.Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications, taking appropriate action for parts that do not meet standards and recommending solutions.Utilize computer software to transfer parts to the next process.Load, unload, and stack products; transport products using hand-trucks, forklifts, cranes, or hoists.Maintain cleanliness in the work area, including machines, tools, and equipment.Provide training to incoming operators on processes and procedures.Wear required personal protective equipment at all times in mandatory areas.Job RequirementsEducation:High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not necessary.Experience:A minimum of 1-year applicable manufacturing experience.Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Ability to understand and act on verbal and/or written instructions.Proficient in reading/interpreting standard and metric measurements.Intermediate math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).Deep knowledge of handheld measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, drop gauges, and advanced measuring equipment like SmartScope or CMM.Use Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) to read and understand the relationship between complex blueprints and parts.Strong attention to detail and excellent listening skills.Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team from various cultures and backgrounds.Target Hiring Range: 19.50 - 21.00Actual compensation is commensurate with experience, skills and education.
