The service advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for delivering an exceptional service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery. This role combines customer service, communication, and sales skills to ensure accurate recommendations, efficient workflow, and high customer satisfaction while consistently demonstrating our core values.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Greet customers, schedule appointments, and build lasting relationships
• Gather vehicle history, customer concerns, and relevant information
• Educate customers on maintenance needs and repair recommendations
• Communicate effectively with technicians to support accurate diagnosis
• Prepare and present clear, itemized estimates for parts and labor
• Explain services with transparency to build trust and obtain authorization
• Provide periodic updates on vehicle status and estimated completion times, especially if there is a delay in parts delivery or completion times.
• Coordinate transportation services (shuttle/towing) as needed
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service records
• Process payments and complete opening/closing procedures
• Maintain a clean, professional workspace and customer area
