Our agency is proud to have a growing team of 5 motivated individuals, each bringing unique strengths to the table. I offer team bonuses throughout the year and at year-end based on production, along with retirement matching and a health insurance stipend to support the team’s overall well-being. Before my 8 years with State Farm, I worked as an advisor for a large privately owned financial advising firm. I graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in finance and have built my agency with a strong focus on growth, development, and personal connection. Our office culture is positive, intentional, and focused on meaningful interaction. I understand that work can sometimes feel routine, especially in insurance, so I place a strong emphasis on coaching and continuous learning. My goal is to create an environment where each team member can grow professionally and personally, defining their own version of success. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mitch Velgersdyk - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
