2nd Shift Sanitation Lead
O&H Danish Bakery
Sanitation ManagerEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure baking center equipment, facilities, and ingredients are clean, sanitized, and sterile according to O&H Danish Bakery safety, product, and quality standards.Assist Supervisor in training and development, performance management, and ensuring quality and production standards of the Sanitation team and baking center.Ensure SSOPs (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures) for all processes / equipment.Ensure that all workers on sanitation teams are trained and adhere to the company's GMPs.
