Industrial Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate to work Monday‑Friday, 7am‑4pm, starting at $18 per hour. You will operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) and use RF technology to prepare outbound orders, manage inventory, and maintain a safe workspace. Responsibilities Safely operate a stand‑up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders. Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages. Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders. Accurately receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material. Maintain a clean, safe, and accident‑free workspace. May be responsible for driver duties and responsibilities. Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE, including a safety harness with a 400 lb capacity. Qualifications 1–5 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management. Prior forklift experience preferred. Minimum age 18 with a valid state‑issued driver’s license. High attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Comfortable in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic. Self‑starter who can quickly learn our systems. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. Pre‑employment drug and background screening required. Benefits and Compensation Pay range: $17.41 – $26.11 hourly (starting wage may vary by location). Bonus or incentive plan eligible.
