We believe our vision is changing the way the consumer experiences chocolate and our objective is to be America’s #1 premium chocolate company.Scope of ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional Guest serviceMaintain dishroom to Company Standards of cleanliness, arrangement, and displayMaintain detailed knowledge of all products, pricing, and Company HistoryUtilize knowledge of products and pricing to satisfy guest inquiries and create up-sell opportunitiesFollow Food Safety guidelines and maintain all table tops, serve ware, dish equipment, laundry equipment, floors and trash receptacles in a clean and sanitary conditionMaintain the stockroom in a clean and orderly fashionMaintain Guest and Employee Washing Facilities in good working order and in a clean, sanitary conditionProperly Set Up, Maintain, and Break Down dishroomClean glassware, spoons, pots, and other service items in a timely fashionKeep knowledge level current of all fountain products and their required preparationPerform “Semi-Table Service\" function as part of overall Guest SatisfactionEmpty trash cans and make trash runs, maintain the trash storage areaLaunder dirty uniforms, towels, and other items as needed to ensure plentiful, clean supplySpecific Knowledge and Skills:Strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work with little or no supervisionAbility to work with a diverse work team and meet adversity with professionalismAbility to manage time effectivelyAbility to maintain a smile, pleasant demeanor and provide Superior Guest ServiceAbility to operate a dishwashing machineSpecific Knowledge and Skills:Strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work with little or no supervisionAbility to work with a diverse work team and meet adversity with professionalismAbility to manage time effectivelyAbility to maintain a smile, pleasant demeanor and provide Superior Guest ServiceAbility to operate a dishwashing machineEducation and Work Experience:Must be 18 years oldHigh school diploma preferredStarting Pay: $20.35 #J-18808-Ljbffr Ghirardelli Chocolate
