Registered Nurse - ICU

$2676.48/week - Job Summary: Provide comprehensive critical care nursing services in various ICU and intermediate care units, ensuring patients receive high-quality, evidence-based care during their hospitalization. Responsibilities: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess patient conditions in multiple ICU and intermediate care units. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Adhere to unit protocols, safety standards, and infection control policies. Float across units such as Medical ICU, Neuro ICU, Thoracic ICU, and intermediate units as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and clinical procedures in Epic. Comply with shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to work extended hours. Qualifications: Current Virginia RN license or pending license with license in hand prior to start. Minimum of 2 years recent ICU and critical care nursing experience. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Epic EMR experience preferred. Ability to float within scope of practice and adhere to facility policies.
