Peer Specialist I — Recovery & Community Navigator
Colorado Coalition for the Homeless
The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks a Peer Specialist who draws on personal recovery experiences to support clients and families. You will collaborate with integrated teams, focusing on strengths, empowerment, and advocacy to help clients overcome barriers. Responsibilities include mentorship, counseling in recovery, coordinating services, and maintaining up-to-date documentation in the EHR.
