Finance Recruiter

Job Description
Assist senior recruiters in filling positions across multiple departments by reviewing and sourcing resumes, screening candidates, and recommending qualified individuals to hiring managers.
\nDevelop a strong talent pipeline through innovative job postings and strategic sourcing methods.
\nOversee candidates throughout the recruitment process using the ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
\nSupport HR initiatives, including diversity, candidate experience, and employee engagement projects.
\nStay informed on industry hiring trends to identify top talent effectively.
\nDeliver a high-quality, personalized recruitment experience to candidates.
\n \nQualifications:

- 2–5+ years of recruitment experience in-house or at an agency; background in financial services or fintech is a plus. \n
- Proven ability to evaluate resumes and conduct screening interviews before presenting candidates to recruiters. \n
- Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments \n
