Medical-Surgical Nurse

This is a 13-week contract position with a schedule from 1845 to 0715. The role requires 36 hours of work per week with every other weekend off. There is the option to pick up extra shifts. Candidates must possess a current state or multi-state nursing license. Verification of demographics from a nursing registry is required. Applicants must have completed an approved 6-hour suicide training. Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are necessary. Knowledge of Meditech is helpful but not mandatory. Candidates should be team players and willing to float to other departments as needed. This position is located near scenic coastal areas and national forests. Requests for time off must be approved and added to the end of the contract. Holiday coverage will be required.
