Contract Position | 13 Weeks | Quick Start

NIKTOR LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department (ED) for a 13-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for an ER nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a night-shift travel/contract opportunity.

Position Details

Specialty: Emergency Room Nursing
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Night Shift
Shift Hours: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Shift Length: 12 Hours
Hours Per Week: 36 Hours
Start Date: ASAP / Quick Start
Contract Type: Travel/Contract
EMR System: Meditech (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a busy Emergency Department.
Assess, monitor, and treat patients with acute and emergency conditions.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Accurately document patient care and clinical activities.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
Participate in holiday coverage and scheduled departmental requirements.

Requirements

Active Washington State RN License or valid Multistate RN License
Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
Completion of approved 6-Hour Suicide Prevention Training
Demographic verification through Nursys
Current certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- TNCC
- NIHSS
Strong clinical judgment and emergency care skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with Meditech EMR
Travel nursing experience
Flexibility to pick up additional shifts as needed

Additional Notes

Requested time off (RTO) must be pre-approved and may be added to the end of the assignment.
Full scheduling availability is preferred throughout the contract duration.
