Food Service - Ground Transportation Worker
State of Georgia
Under direct supervision food service transportation will transport food to the units for individuals in a box truck, no CDL required. This position will gather and fill beverage orders per individuals' dietary needs, unit requests, and special functions.
- Assist in the wrapping and service of individuals daily food tickets
- Gathering of beverages per individuals' meal tickets
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Performing routine vehicle inspections for proper safe operating conditions, checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and lights.
- Keeping the vehicle clean
- Ensuring all delivery paperwork is signed accordingly.
- Assisting is cleaning dishes, sweeping and mopping floor, taking out garbage
- Occasionally putting away stock
- Any other duties as assigned
