Job Opportunity – Acute Care Registered Nurse – Infectious Disease – Georgia

Start Date: September 13, 2026

Location: Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Highlights:

• Infectious disease specialty focusing on IV placement and antibiotic administration
• No chemotherapy or oncology patient population
• Standard weekday schedule with no overnight or weekend shifts
• Acute care clinical environment with inpatient-focused patient care
• Contract runs through 2026 with potential for extension
• Holiday coverage required: 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday

Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care/inpatient nursing experience
• Current AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Proficiency in IV placement and administration of antibiotics
• Infectious disease experience preferred but not required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility location
• Availability to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
