Responsibilities eraton is seeking a Systems Administrator with Citrix background to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidate will become part of Peraton's Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Data Center and Cloud Optimization (DCCO) program, providing information technology services to manage and operate the DHS Hybrid Computing Environment (HCE). The HCE is a collection of enterprise computing resources including a data center, colocation sites, and commercial and private cloud services. We want you to join our team. This is a remote position and available to travel to client physical location on demand. Day to Day Work Responsibilities:

• You will collaborate with IT staff to support, maintain, and optimize our systems
• Systems Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and security-related issues
• Implement and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD and DaaS) in an Azure Based environment for multi-tenancy.
• Create, deploy and support application packaging using virtualization and/or containerization technologies
• Perform Citrix NetScaler (ADC) VPX/MPX appliance, Administration, migrations and optimization.
• Manage and monitor Citrix Desktop Director for system anomalies and user desktop readiness.
• Utilize and deploy Citrix Application Delivery Management (ADM) to monitor, manage and upgrade NetScalers.
• Provide Tier 3 support for Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) and NetScalers.
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure system reliability and availability
• Ability to troubleshoot environmental anomalies using native and 3 rd party tools such as RSOP, Powershell, Wireshark, Fiddler
• Security Measures: Contribute to the implementation and enforcement of security best practices, including access controls, data protection, and vulnerability assessments to conform with DHS STIG requirements
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address IT needs, coordinate upgrades, and support ongoing projects
• Automation: Assist in the development and implementation of automated solutions such as Powershell and Git CI/CD pipelines to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency
• Training and Development: Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in system administration and security, continuously improving your skills and knowledge
• Emergency Response: Participate in an on-call rotation to provide timely support for critical incidents and emergencies

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years' experience or Master's degree and 6 years experience or a high school diploma/equivalent and 12 years relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD) clearance.
• 5+ years of Proficiency with:
• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD / DaaS)
• Citrix NetScaler (ADC) VPX/MPX appliances
• Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Microsoft Azure Virtual Machine and Network management
• Microsoft 365 (Office 365)
• PowerShell scripting
• Proficiency with software tools in the tracking and reporting and monitoring (ServiceNow, SharePoint, Teams and the Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong attention to detail and desire to grow technical expertise

Preferred experience:

• BS degree in a relevant STEM discipline
• Experience with PKI and Smart Card (CAC or PIV) Authentication.
• ITIL Change Management process.
• Experience with troubleshooting Network connectivity, packet captures, etc.
• Experience with Active Directory Forest Trusts to other AD Forests.
• Experience with using ServiceNow a plus. Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
