What You’ll Receive Qualified buyer opportunities: Connect with motivated buyers through established real estate platforms, digital marketing, referrals and the team’s database. Daily guidance and weekly coaching: Strengthen lead conversion, consultations, contracts, negotiation and client service through practical training and accountability. Administrative support: Listing, transaction, closing and operations professionals help manage the details behind each transaction. Manage deadlines and maintain accurate client and transaction records in the team CRM. Negotiate price, repairs, timelines and other transaction terms on behalf of clients.
